As an architecture firm and project developer, we explore new ways of spatial production by initiating, accompanying, and holistically developing projects.

Currently, we are planning and developing the cooperatively organized office building Neues Amt Altona in Hamburg. We have other projects with a similar focus on user-centered project development and sustainable architectural concepts in preparation.

For the architecture team in our Berlin office, we are now looking for two experienced architects to support us in the planning and execution of the Neues Amt Altona project in the execution planning phase and other construction tasks (phases 1-5).

Project Manager


Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the execution planning in a project management role
  • You will supervise and lead the project team
  • You will manage budget, costs, and deadlines
  • You will work in partnership with clients and planners

Your qualifications:

  • You have at least 710 years of professional experience in various phases and have already led projects yourself
  • You have extensive experience in execution planning
  • You have a strong technical understanding and a high design standard
  • You have solid CAD skills and are proficient in ArchiCAD and ideally BIM
  • You have a selfsufficient, structured, precise, and conscientious way of working
  • You are passionate about innovative sustainability concepts and ideally have experience in timber construction
  • You are fluent in German (at least C1 level)
