Job Description

Welcome to the purchasing department for plastic-metal hybrid components in the automotive division. We are responsible for quality, cost, and delivery reliability in our area.

As part of the PreMaster program, you will independently develop a best practice concept for negotiations. For this, you will create a training concept and appealing training materials.
You will be responsible for integrating the new concept into the digital purchasing environment.
Together with the team, you will develop synergies for a cross-departmental strategy.
Depending on your individual interests, additional areas of application can be agreed upon together.

Qualifications

Education: above-average completed bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field and the concrete intention to pursue a master's degree afterwards
Experience and know-how: MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) as well as a basic understanding of technical/commercial processes
