August 'Head of Mobility Planning (m/f/d)

We are a high-performing provider of electricity, natural gas, district heating, and drinking water, and operate public transportation, the port, and the baths in Hamm.

With almost 900 employees in the entire group, we are dedicated to serving the people and businesses of our city.

We are looking for a Head of Mobility Planning (m/f/d) for Verkehrsbetrieb Hamm GmbH at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

Conceptualization and implementation of future mobility offerings
Development and updating of sustainable mobility concepts for public transportation in Hamm
Management of the areas of service planning, operations planning, infrastructure, and traffic surveys
Representation of interests in municipal and political committees as well as in transport associations

Your qualifications:

A completed university degree related to the topic of transportation and mobility
Relevant professional experience, particularly in transport planning and traffic engineering
Experience in the interaction between urban planning and public transportation infrastructure, as well as in committee work
Competence in the field of mobility transition desirable
Good judgment and ability to identify and solve problems
Good communication skills and a trustworthy demeanor
Leadership skills
