The Waste Management Company Landkreis Schaumburg mbH (aws) is a service-oriented company with approximately 150 employees.

We operate in the Schaumburg region in the field of waste and resource management and run recycling centers and highly technical waste treatment facilities at various locations.

We are currently looking for a

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Full-time

Your responsibilities:

Answering general customer inquiries
Recording and processing orders (via phone, email, and ticket system)
Order processing and confirmation of appointments
Handling complaints

Customer inquiries are received and processed through our customer dialogue system.

The corresponding tickets for incoming calls, faxes, or emails are coordinated or directed to ensure optimal assignment to responsible employees and thus ensure the prompt processing of customer concerns.

Handling internal department projects and supporting the department manager are also important aspects of the job.

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
You work well with customers and in a team, enjoy communicating with our customers, are sociable, but also assertive and able to handle conflicts
You are a creative thinker and contribute your own ideas
You are flexible and able to handle stress
You have solid computer skills and are open and interested in learning different companyspecific software.
