We are currently seeking an open-minded
Clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on
payroll for the
accounting department of an
energy technology company located in
Erlangen starting on June 1st.

This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) for someone who is precise and wants to be part of a motivated and dynamic company where employee appreciation is a top priority.

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounting for internal customers in the area of centralized payroll
  • Bookkeeping for balance sheet accounts in the IKR classes 2, 3,
  • Processing of transactions and payments for employees and retirees
  • Account reconciliation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on accounting or human resources
  • Experience in the described area of responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting, with a focus on balance sheet accounts, main and final accounting
  • Ideally, experience with value flows from human resources processes
