YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Search and select qualified subcontractors for mechanical installations, and potentially for electrical tasks as well
  • Procurement of external services
  • Preparation and independent negotiation of contracts together with the administrative staff
  • Auditing and qualification of service providers
  • Timely management and coordination of subcontractors throughout the entire project
  • Maintenance and expansion of partnerships
