Your tasks

Handling telephone and written inquiries from our business partners and customers
Consultation and information on all matters related to our insurance products
Preparation of offers
Support with insurance contracts using CRS / internet
Conclusion of travel insurance
Information on claims (trip cancellation)
Changes to insurance contracts
Coverage check
Processing of special inquiries

Your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in travel, office management or similar)
Appropriate professional experience in tourism, assistance or call center for this position
Quick comprehension and sound judgment
Strong understanding and behavior of service
Communication skills and correspondence proficiency
Good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of common MS Office
