Bluewater is looking for sales talents to join our highly service-oriented department, where we present and sell a variety of sausage and cheese specialties.

As a Fachverkaeufer*, you will use your craftsmanship and creativity to help shape our daily meat, sausage, and cheese displays.

You will also provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting them with their needs and offering expert advice.

As a Fachverkaeufer*, you will also gain insight into the business side of things and learn all necessary and required hygiene measures.


Being a Fachverkaeufer* in the food industry is an apprenticeship that involves a lot of customer interaction, providing interesting and diverse tasks.

You will encounter different people and situations every day.

This profession requires independent and responsible work, and offers a secure job with excellent opportunities for further education and advancement into leadership positions.

The apprenticeship will take place at VMarkt Neugablonz and lasts for 3 years. We are looking for candidates with a secondary school diploma or higher.


We are seeking applicants who are outgoing, flexible, friendly, enjoy sales, and are dedicated and interested in the food industry.

The apprenticeship salary is as follows:

  • 1st year: 1,200.00
  • 2nd year: 1,300.00
  • 3rd year: 1,400.00
