Are you an organized individual who thrives under pressure and has no limits to your creativity? Great, because then you are the perfect fit for our Event Team. The unique aspect of this role is that you will not only be responsible for event organization at the Hamburg Marriott, but also at our sister property, the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel. This means you will have the opportunity to balance between modern elegance and urban street-art lifestyle every day.

A day in your life will include:

  • Professionally planning and organizing banquet events at both hotels, including active customer service
  • Conducting property tours and coordinating details with clients
  • Creating change contracts
  • Monitoring maximum capacities of our outlets
  • Creating room layouts
  • Coordinating internally and communicating relevant information between departments
  • Processing final invoices and conducting feedback conversations
