    Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee :
    Review and evaluate customer service and sales departments work to ensure quality and timelinessEnsures employees actions are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and boost sales marginsEstablish and report team and individual performance standardsAssist in planning, executing, and scheduling meetingsTrain alongside existing Management team members to acquire techniques and systems necessary to keep the company running efficiently and smoothly Participate in sales, customer service, and management tasksBe an expert brand ambassador for our clientsConnect with customers and provide expert knowledge of products, sales promotions, and services offered by our clientsWhat we look for in an

    Account Manager Trainee:
    Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer ServiceInfluential leadership characteristicsInvest in developing team members and their performanceSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to detailsProfessional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skillsUpbeat and positive outlook Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members
