Expert Training & Development for Sales Communication (m/f/d):

This is what you'll do with us:

  • You will be responsible for the conceptual development of training/development programs in the area of communication and sales knowledge for our employees, managers, and franchise partners in the German markets
  • You will take care of the didactic preparation of learning materials based on the target group and defined learning objectives, both for physical and digital formats
  • You will advise the markets on various training measures and conduct them yourself, such as trainings or practical learning units
