Front Desk Agent


Duties:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Checkin and checkout guests using the hotel's reservation system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate as necessary
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Assist with room reservations and ensure accurate booking information
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
