Our center is a growing healthcare facility with six specialized clinics, numerous decentralized psychiatric care services, and employs around 1,400 employees.

Team Leader Patient Data Management (m/f/d)

Full-time

Your tasks
- professional management, design and further development of the billing department (patient data management)
- main contact person (m/f/d) for internal employees (m/f/d) for recording and reviewing inpatient and outpatient service billing as well as for all questions regarding the LE portal and the processes for document provision for individual case review by the MD
- master data maintenance in the form of uniform master data management as well as review, monitoring and processing of billing-relevant master data in NEXUS PAT based on current legal changes
- coordination and assurance of cost coverage and digital patient billing processes, and support in difficult cases of cost assurance
- ensuring and conducting the billing of inpatient and outpatient hospital services
- review of open items in inpatient billing in cooperation with the central billing review team
- work in the operational area of billing and in the patient management department
- processing of electronic data exchange according to -301 and -302 SGB
