Our headquarters and production site is located in Bechhofen an der Heide, with a unique tradition in the production of brushes and brushes. To support our team, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) at our location in Bechhofen on a full-time basis.

What to expect:

You are responsible for ensuring and monitoring relevant KPIs. You also analyze and prepare them accordingly.

In your role, you act as an interface between the sales department, customers, and our internal departments.

In this context, you are responsible for the implementation of standardized processes and the support and advice of our customers in close cooperation with the sales team. You will also be responsible for the care of small customers.

You will also be responsible for the acceptance and processing of repeat orders for the German location and our back offices, as well as order tracking.
