Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team.

As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.

This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.


Duties:


  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
  • Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
  • Repair or replace damaged components, such as doors, windows, or flooring
  • Paint and touch up surfaces to maintain a clean and presentable appearance
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
  • Proficient in using various hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:


  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical repairs
  • HVAC system maintenance
  • Carpentry skills
  • Painting skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $12.00 per hour
