**The Roxane GmbH is a group of mineral springs in Germany, belonging to Sources Alma SA, a privately owned French corporation that bottles mineral water and soft drinks. With over 45 locations, we are one of the largest bottlers in Europe and are currently seeking support for our location in Jessen in the assistant department.

To support our team, we are looking for a full-time and permanent

Assistant to the Plant Manager

Your main responsibilities

Supporting the plant manager in managing the company's production, technology, and internal logistics departments
Coordinating and organizing all office tasks and appointments
Technical data entry
Planning and organizing employee training
Covering for vacation in the truck dispatch department

Your profile

You have at least completed a commercial apprenticeship
Previous experience in an assistant role is an advantage
You are proficient in using integrated IT systems and MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
You have a strong sense of responsibility and work in an organized and meticulous manner
You are highly motivated, take initiative, and work well in a team, with a results and solutionoriented approach
You have excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
