Accounts Payable Specialist (m/w/d): Hill City, SD

    Your responsibilities:
  • Independent processing of accounts payable for a fixed national and international supplier circle within the Financial Shared Service Center Germany
  • Digital postprocessing of incoming supplier invoices
  • Monitoring of timely payment of outstanding items using electronic workflows
  • Ongoing account maintenance and reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Close coordination with upstream and downstream interfaces in the purchasetopay process
  • Participation in digitalization projects for continuous development of automation processes within the team
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar position
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in ERP systems, ideally SAP S4/HANA
  • High selfmotivation and customer service orientation
  • Social competence and ability to work in a team
