Responsibilities

Support the project team in daytoday operations
Preparation and followup of meetings, including reporting
Commercial review of offers, additional agreements, and invoices
Maintaining cost and invoice lists
Acting as a liaison between clients, planners, and the project team

Profile

Successfully completed commercial training, degree, or equivalent qualifications
Ideally, some experience in the construction and real estate industry
Strong customer orientation, organizational skills, and a friendly and open demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Good knowledge of MS Office
