As a service provider for clients in the insurance industry, we review damage processes in automotive-related areas and support our clients in the claims settlement process.

Our specialized teams handle review orders from our clients in various areas (such as towing, oil spill cleanup, and fire department services).

In addition, we provide our clients with web applications such as review portals or valuation calculators for claims processing. We are currently seeking a candidate for our location in Monheim to handle damage review tasks (claims processing).


Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluation of documents (invoices) in automotiverelated areas for plausibility and amount based on predetermined review criteria
  • Support in the development of review processes and rules
  • Claims and complaint processing

Requirements:

  • Basic commercial knowledge and interest in calculation tasks
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form
  • Interest in technical and manual processes, logical and pragmatic thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
