We are currently seeking a new team member for our agency in Stuttgart, Oak Grove, OK as an Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time.


Responsibilities:


As part of our team of five employees, you will manage our office, support our team, and assist our clients.

With enthusiasm and warmth, you will act as a trusted contact person for our clients throughout the entire process.


Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting our team in the mediation of furnished properties
  • Caring for national and international clients
  • Communication between landlords and tenants
  • Creating inventory lists and exposés
  • Organizing and conducting property viewings and apartment handovers
  • Office organization
  • Reception and answering phone calls

Qualifications:

  • You have completed training and have professional experience, preferably in the service or commercial sector, e.g. hospitality (reception, reservation), tourism, real estate industry, sales, customer service
  • You are interested in real estate, design, and interior
  • You are communicative, serviceoriented, and enjoy direct customer contact
  • You present yourself convincingly and confidently approach customers
  • You show initiative and commitment and are wellorganized
  • You have excellent German and English skills
  • You have several years of experience and good IT skills
