YOUR TASKS:

  • Booking of incoming invoices
  • Creation of outgoing invoices
  • Monitoring and processing of payments
  • Posting of creditors and debtors
  • Processing of invoices and reminders
  • Support in data protection coordination
  • General administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Independent, responsible work style
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience with an inventory management and accounting system, e.g. Sage100, or similar
  • Independent work style and initiative
  • Teamwork and good communication skills
