Your responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, residents, guests, and suppliers
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and managing the telephone switchboard
  • Cash management and basic bookkeeping
  • General office administration

Your qualifications:

  • Education in administration or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and customer
