SKILLED LABORER (PERMANENT INTERMITTENT) - MONTEREY DISTRICT / SERVICE DRIVEN / ISHXENTA STATE PARK
The reporting location for this position is Ishxenta State Park in Monterey, CA. This position will work under the supervision of Senior Park and Recreation Specialist.

  • The incumbent's work schedule will be 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM; 8 days on, 6 days off.
  • This position will work closely and under general direction from the State Historian III and the Restoration Work Specialist assisting with work on historic structure projects throughout the District. The incumbent will be responsible for performing general manual labor including brush clearance, digging, loading/unloading, cleaning, rough repair work on structures, cleaning, painting, and other tasks to support the Restoration Work Specialist.
  • This position is designated as not telework eligible.
  • This position may work up to 1500 hours per year/in a 12 consecutive month period
