Leadership and planning of employees
Preparation of delicious sausage and meat specialties according to regional GLOBUS recipes
Monitoring the quality and freshness of products
Butchering and cutting of beef, pork, veal, and turkey
Adherence to and implementation of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Handling of modern equipment and machinery
