Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be able to pass a background check

Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Must have reliable transportation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Carpet cleaning (low moisture encapsulation/dry cleaning and extraction)
Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors
Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM
Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/ burnishes, water extraction machine, auto scrubbers, and carpet cleaning equipment
Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.

At least one year of floor technician experience

Language Ability:

Must be able speak, read and write in English.

- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

This job has no supervisory responsibilities
