Medical Documentation Assistant (m/f/d)

in full-time or part-time

The AGAPLESION DIAKONIEKLINIKUM HAMBURG is a modern hospital with 388 beds and various departments including Internal Medicine, General, Visceral and Minimal-Invasive Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Trauma Surgery and Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, Vascular Medicine, Diabetology and Geriatrics.

We participate in emergency care around the clock with all departments.


What to expect:

  • Followup of coding of treatment cases in the hospital information system during the patients' stay
  • Continuous optimization of medical/nursing performance documentation
  • Consultation and training of employees in the medical and nursing service on all questions related to DRGbased documentation
  • Participation in MDK inspections, correspondence with the MDK
