    We are looking for a caring and experienced caregiver to provide personalized care to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, enabling effective interaction with clients and their families. This role needs someone dedicated who can offer personal care and support to clients, enhancing their well-being and independence.

    Responsibilities:


    • Support clients with daily activities as required
    • Remind about medications
    • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to boost mental stimulation and emotional wellness
    • Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences
    • Assist clients with mobility challenges ensuring their safety at home or on outings
    • Handle light housekeeping tasks such as organizing living spaces, laundry, and basic household chores
    • Maintain transparent communication with clients, their families, and medical professionals for the best care outcomes

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
    • Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages is crucial for effective client communication
    • Show empathy and compassion towards individuals in need of care
    • Ability to stick to scheduled shifts and perform duties reliably
    • Readiness to adjust to clients' evolving needs and preferences
