As part of our services for the Techniker Krankenkasse, we are responsible for quality assurance and post-processing of digitized documents.

In our branch office in the beautiful Duisburg Inner Harbor, we are looking for a Team Coordinator for Document Management (m/f/d) on a two-year fixed-term basis (with subsequent permanent employment).


Your job will include:
Together with several team colleagues, you will be responsible for specific process flows at the Duisburg location.

You will write and update work instructions, monitor compliance with workplace accompaniments, and support employees (as part of a help desk) with technical questions.

You will create training materials (learning quizzes, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) and ensure the training of new employees as well as ongoing technical training for new processes.

In collaboration with process management, you will create process flows and ensure their compliance within the framework of quality management.


You are:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree successfully. You have relevant professional experience in a similar position. You are proficient in common MS Office applications and have a high IT affinity. You have a strong understanding of numbers, as well as social competence and communication skills. You are enthusiastic, bring in optimization ideas, and work independently.
