We are currently seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager (m/f/d) for a family-owned automotive company based in Hemer.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Management of the controlling, finance, and accounting department
  • Monitoring and participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB)
  • Analysis and optimization of financial processes, as well as providing meaningful data, recordings, and decision templates for management
  • Integrated financial planning across locations and establishment and further development of location-specific controlling
  • Point of contact for auditors, tax auditors, and other authorities
  • Responsibility for the controlling, finance, and accounting department
