Basic Duties:


  • Making sales recommendations to customers on products being quoted/sold
  • Efficiently enter accurate quotes/orders
  • Documentation of all customer interactions in ERP (Epicor10)
  • Communicate and work effectively with all team members and independently
  • Ability to handle a fast paced, changing environment
  • Work closely with our Quality/Technical Support department

Skills/Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and our internal team
  • Problem solving skills a MUST
  • Active listening skills a MUST
  • Dedicated to providing superior customer service
  • Ability to talk on the phone and type accurately
  • Computer proficient
  • Exceptional & professional phone, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to switch between tasks easily
  • Dependable

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
