Responsibilities As an M&A and Investment Manager, you will take on the management and holistic control of individual investments in our existing portfolio.

In this sense, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing business developments, economic planning, plan-actual comparisons, and the annual financial statements of the investments.

Your area of expertise includes identifying methodological and content-related design options in the management of investments and (post-merger) integration of group companies, as well as developing corresponding concepts and providing recommendations, decision templates, and reports.

You will independently create company comparisons, key figure analyses, and company valuations, as well as conduct situation and deviation analyses and forecasts.

You will support enercity representatives in the committees of the respective investments in the preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up within the scope of mandate management.

You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify suitable target companies through market research and preparing the results for internal communication with decision-makers and committees.

In doing so, you will develop existing processes and instruments for market research or optimize them. You will support in the execution and coordination of M&A projects in all phases from offer to closing.
