At BERGER, we offer you numerous opportunities to enter the world of hands-on, commercial construction. What to expect:

  • Apprenticeship duration: 3 years
  • Training location: construction site
  • Vocational school: Berlin
  • Courses: Berlin/Brandenburg
  • Transforming plans into visible structures such as schools, office complexes, or bridges
  • Proper handling of mortar and concrete
  • Setting up formwork for foundations, walls, ceilings, etc.

What you bring:

  • Qualifying certificate from secondary school
  • Physical fitness and enjoyment of handson work
  • Interest in a nontraditional outdoor job
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Ability to work with your head and good spatial imagination
  • Careful and precise work ethic
  • Vilshofen: intercompany training in Stockdorf
  • Berlin: intercompany training in Berlin
