Join our team in the Abiturientenprogramm at Alnatura

In our Abiturientenprogramm, you will complete the shortened training program for Kaufmann*frau im Bio-Einzelhandel (retail specialist for organic products) in 18-22 months. Afterwards, you will complete a further 18-month vocational training program to become a Handelsfachwirt*in (retail management specialist). By participating in our internal leadership development program at Alnatura, you will have the opportunity to further your professional development for your future in our stores.

Start of training: September/October 2024
Training location: Hannover (An der Weide Südstadt)
Working hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
