Diocese Rottenburg-Stuttgart is a women's specialist association of the Caritas Association of the Diocese Rottenburg-Stuttgart, which is active in the field of women's, children's, youth and family assistance.

To strengthen our team in the support association, we are looking for a committed social pedagogue, social worker, lawyer, tax specialist, bank clerk or career changer with a legal or commercial background as a legal guardian (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time as soon as possible.

Your tasks include managing legal guardianships for adults with physical or mental disabilities, mental illness or in difficult life situations, as well as cooperative collaboration with the involved authorities, accounting for the association and the guardianship court, and taking on substitute duties in case of absence.

Other responsibilities include administrative tasks, correspondence, and statistics.

Your profile should include a degree in social pedagogy, social work or a comparable professional qualification, work experience (ideally with the target group), and in-depth knowledge of social, administrative and guardianship law.

Experience with computer-based tools, as well as the ability to work independently and reliably, good organizational and teamwork skills, resilience, strong communication skills, and a good balance between closeness and distance are also important.
