What tasks can you expect?
  • In your role, you are part of the senior management and responsible for the business field, the Car After-Sales business stream, both disciplinarily and financially according to business management principles.
  • You drive the #TechTransformation within Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation and also focus on the further development of the global After-Sales landscape of Mercedes-Benz AG.
  • Together with your team, the Global Customer Services & Parts division, and the relevant IT departments of Mercedes-Benz AG, you shape the future After-Sales strategy.
  • You are responsible for expanding and realigning the business stream along the Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation strategy and winning new projects and
