Your tasks:

Personnel management, including vacation and absence management
Recruitment of new employees (m/f/d), primarily in the industrial sector, in cooperation with our central recruiting in Hamburg
Preparation of employment contracts, references, etc.
Interface to our central payroll and salary administration
Preparation of HR reports
Onboarding of new employees (m/f/d) as well as ordering and providing office supplies and IT
Organization of small events at the location (applicant days, Christmas parties, etc.)
Support of the branch management in projects (e.g. employee satisfaction survey) and other special tasks
