Your Tasks

1st and 2nd level support in the area of user helpdesk

Customization of IT systems and third-party components with different interfaces

Process-oriented and user-friendly modification

Optimization and adaptation of IT systems and applications

Conducting system diagnoses and implementing resulting changes and corrections

Development, coordination, and implementation of problem solutions using standard software, software tools, and program libraries

Supporting IT systems with various interfaces

Guiding, training, and supporting employees and pilot users

Preparing and planning internal IT orders

Bringing in Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), computer scientist (m/f/d), or similar qualification

Experience in end user support desirable

Ideally, first experience in the field of client or application management

Good knowledge of English

Analytical thinking and solution orientation

Strong communication skills and interdisciplinary approach
