Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the technical and commercial handling of our construction projects
  • You will coordinate communication between different trades and locations
  • You will advise clients on specific solutions and concepts
  • You will be the point of contact for architects, clients, and contractors
  • You will be responsible for project goals in terms of monitoring deadlines, quality, and budget
  • You will adhere to budget guidelines, construction site regulations, and occupational safety

Your Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering and/or a successful technical or master's degree in a trade
  • You have experience in dealing with relevant regulations
  • You have experience in the complete management of construction sites
  • You have a confident demeanor, negotiation skills, independence, and enjoy working in a team
