As a Production Team Lead (m/f/d) - Bike Workshop at our location in Laim, you will be responsible for the continuous development of our production area together with our Production Team Lead - Operations.

You will lead a team of motivated workshop and supply chain experts (13) and support and empower the operational contacts of the respective teams.

At the same time, you will drive our mission to make the purchase and sale of used bicycles more accessible and sustainable.

What you need to be successful:

  • You have several years of experience in production
  • You have a solid knowledge of bicycles including their mechanics, components, and functionality
  • You have experience in optimizing and rethinking production processes and implementing lean management principles
  • You have worked with an ERP system and have a high level of digital affinity
  • You have proven yourself as a empathetic and inspiring leader and enjoy supporting employees in their professional development
  • You have the ability to work with numbers, analyze data, and make informed decisions based on quantitative information
