As a passionate group of consultants at CoCo Finance, we have been supporting startups since 2014 in building strong financial and controlling processes. In addition, we offer tailored analyses and due diligence for investors looking for exciting projects. With a team consisting of former CFOs, heads of finance, and financial specialists, we have a solid understanding of the challenges that startups face and have successfully completed over 200 projects from seed to growth phase.

We are currently looking for a Startup & Venture Services Finance Lead Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team at our location in Essen.

Your responsibilities:

Analysis of operational and procedural needs for new clients
Independent handling of exciting projects for our clients tailored to your individual profile (e.g. setting up accounting processes, creating business plans, developing reporting structures, tool introductions, or other special projects)
Assuming responsible interim positions in finance teams of our clients
Financial due diligence and company valuations for venture capitalists and corporations

Your profile:

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education
You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the startup environment with competencies in finance and accounting, and you have gained relevant experience in the position of a finance lead
