At the Urbanushaus nursing home in West Columbia, SC, we are looking for a part-time (75% position, 29.63 hours per week) nursing professional to join our team as a permanent night shift worker starting on February 1, 2023.

Responsibilities:

Independently plan, implement, and evaluate basic and medical care as well as preventive measures for elderly residents in a residential setting
Manage nursing processes and maintain accurate documentation
Actively and constructively collaborate and communicate with the nursing team, as well as other internal departments and external partners
Provide guidance and instruction to new and subordinate staff members and assistants

Qualifications:

You have a professional degree and state recognition as a nursing professional
You value a positive, respectful, and appreciative approach to working with people
You are able to accommodate shift work and shortnotice shift coverage in your personal schedule
You actively contribute to maintaining and developing your professional knowledge and skills
You share the Christian values of the Diakonie, even if you do not belong to a church
