We are looking for you as a Scrum Master to support our Scrum teams in the development and internationalization of our award-winning online shop in Mountain Dale, NY.

Our two teams in Hamburg are experienced in using agile methods - you will help them reach the next level.


Responsibilities:

  • Your main task is the lateral leadership and support of two agile development teams
  • You take responsibility for the resultsoriented application of Scrum as an agile method
  • You promote selforganization, responsibility, team development and continuous performance improvement of the teams using central performance metrics and transparent communication
  • You identify and eliminate potential obstacles early on with the team
  • You support the teams in focusing on achieving their sprint goals and organize and moderate the corresponding meetings

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training, preferably with a business background
  • You have indepth knowledge of agile methods, at least two years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, and can demonstrate successes in their application
  • You have a deep understanding of agile software development
  • Conflict resolution skills and empathy make you a solutionoriented moderator with strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, as well as the ability to improvise
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • If you have experience with scaling frameworks and working with distributed teams, even better
