We are currently seeking a competent and friendly Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Team at our location in Frankfurt am Main.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent negotiation with external service providers
- Support in implementing regulatory requirements for outsourcing/external procurement (MaRisk, BAIT, etc.)
- Maintenance of standard contracts for external providers and coordination of the risk analysis process
- Internal contact for departments and risk management, and participation in departmental projects
- Support in building and developing the Procurement team and the organizational department, as well as relevant processes and tools
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree with a focus on business or law, bank clerk training, or a comparable education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in outsourcing management or procurement in the financial industry or a similar field
- Indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements for outsourcing and external procurement in the financial industry
- Creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong focus on implementation
- Strong communication skills, high level of commitment, and enjoyment
