"Rückenwind is a social pedagogical institution for children, adolescents, and families located in North Charleston


Our current offerings include:

flexible day groups, a residential group for unaccompanied minors (UMA), a cooperative project for a UMA residential group with two other organizations (youth welfare/integration assistance), and outpatient services.

Rückenwind provides assistance and support according to the Child and Youth Services Act (SGB VIII) for children, adolescents, and their parents facing challenging life and educational situations that require individual support.

We are a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband.


We are currently seeking a Youth and Residential Care Worker or someone with a degree in Social Work or a related field, who holds a Class B driver's license and is looking for a meaningful new opportunity.
