Greilich + Partner Baumanagement GmbH is an office for construction management and architecture located in Leonberg near Stuttgart.

In a team of approximately 15 interdisciplinary members, we plan and realize exciting projects, with a current focus on projects in Baden-Württemberg.

Among others, we are currently managing very interesting residential and commercial properties that are undergoing a new use and renovation as part of a project development, as well as new construction projects in the residential and nursing home sector.

For our projects in residential and commercial property construction, particularly in the phases 3-5, we are looking for a CONSTRUCTION DRAFTER (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities:

  • Drawing of conceptual, approval, execution, and detail plans
  • Creating measurements, quantity surveys, and calculation bases
  • Contributing creative ideas during the conceptual phase
  • Developing efficient solutions during the execution phase.
