Overview
The Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) Trainer/Consultant will provide training on designated evidence-based practices and participate in fidelity reviews of these practices in the State's community mental health centers.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
You must be within commutable distance of the Community Mental Health Centers in New Hampshire. Frequent travel throughout the state of New Hampshire conducting audits and trainings.**
Responsibilities
- Duties shall include but not be limited to:
- Works in concert with State agencies to align policies and procedures for program operations.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with the Bureau of Mental Health staff and Community Mental Health Center (CHMC) leadership throughout the State.
- Oversees coordination of CMHCs to arrange for fidelity site visits for Evidence-Based Supported Employment (EBSE), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and Illness Management and Recovery (IMR).
- Conducts fidelity site visits for EBSE, ACT, and IMR and writes up reports documenting the findings with feedback to the sites.
- Oversees coordination of arrangements for trainings on EBSE, ACT, and IMR.
- Provides trainings in EBSE, ACT, and IMR.
- Provides consultation to the CMHC leadership on workforce development.
- Provides consultation and collaboration to the Bureau of Mental Health Services on implementation of evidencebased practices and workforce development.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, license preferred
- Three (3) years of experience providing evidencebased services within a community mental health center
- Two (2) years of experience in teaching or training.
- Administrative experience implementing evidencebased practices in community mental health settings desirable.
