We are currently seeking an Insurance Coordinator (x|w|m) for our Corporate Sourcing department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH, located in Göttingen, Germany.

In this role, you will provide operational support for managing our company's internal insurance policies. We value diversity and welcome all talented individuals to join our team. Our goal is to multiply the innovation, creativity, and knowledge of all team members to create new perspectives.


Your responsibilities

  • You will advise departments and subsidiaries on insurance matters
  • You will handle insurance contractual obligations
  • You will create and maintain statistics on insurance coverage, premiums, deductibles, etc.
  • You will also handle insurance claims for various types of insurance in collaboration with the insurance broker
  • Organizing and documenting meetings on various topics will also be part of your duties
  • You will review premium invoices and arrange for payment
  • You will participate in annual meetings with insurance brokers and subsidiaries (including international) and prepare for them

Your qualifications

  • You have completed a vocational training in insurance or have a comparable qualification
  • You have relevant work experience in a similar position
  • You have a proactive and serviceoriented approach
  • Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken, are required
  • You are resilient and have good time and deadline management skills
