Your tasks

  • Customs and forwarding processing
  • Creation of delivery notes and shipping documents
  • Registration and notification via customer and forwarding portals
  • Registration of deliveries with external forwarding companies
  • Shipping processing
  • Sending of packages (DPD, UPS)
  • Ordering of empties via various customer portals
  • Customs processing via Atlas
  • Invoice verification (freight and others)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree
  • Professional experience in shipping
  • Enjoyment of working with suppliers and forwarding companies
  • Experience with the customs portal "Atlas" desirable
  • Strong analytical and conceptual way of thinking
  • Results- and solution-oriented way of working combined with communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Secure handling of common MS Office products and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
