Program Overview


Join us at one of our locations in the regions and learn together as a group, both regionally and individually, on a local level within your specialization.

  • The 18-month program consists of 3 main phases:
  • 1. Nourish | 3 months: Regional and location-specific onboarding, buddy system, acclimation and preparation for growth.
  • 2. Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning in a team setting, development and deepening of Bunge business knowledge, and growth through a game and group learning curriculum.
  • 3. Flourish | 6 months: Completion of the program with a group project and fine-tuning of skills for the future.

Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role within the Business Unit that aligns with both the company's needs and the trainee's professional interests and strengths.

What You Should Bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, quality, food, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or environmental science).
  • Up to 2 years of work experience, which can include internships or extracurricular experiences. International experience; travel and relocation may be required.
