Within three years, you will qualify as a cook with us - with theory at the vocational college in Minden and practical training at our Hotel Schloss Benkhausen.
During your training, you will provide food for our hotel and conference guests as well as visitors to the adjacent Rentei.
You will get to know the different stations in the kitchen: for example, how to handle and process food correctly.
